Our Philosophy

The Studio
Founded by Gavin Maddock, the practice has built a reputation for designing considered residences and boutique developments in South Africa and Australia. With Studios in Cape Town and Noosa, we continue to work on a select number of projects yeach year, ensuring every commission receives the care and attention it deserves.
Our Cape Town studio is also home to SAVA Lifestyle, our luxury concept store. It reflects the same appreciation for enduring craftsmanship, natural materials and curated objects that informs every Maddock project.
